Grapes and Vinification
This 2024 Blanc de Noir Sekt from Weingut Paul Keßler is made from 100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir). The grapes are hand-harvested from selected vineyards. The wine undergoes traditional secondary bottle fermentation (Methode Traditionnelle) to develop fine, elegant bubbles. Aging on the lees gives the wine complexity, freshness, and a crisp character.
