    Wines from Margaux are known for their highly perfumed fragrance, offering violets, roses and cedar wood. In addition, the wines are silky smooth and delicate, but still has a long aftertaste.

    Wines from Margaux can be drunk earlier than other Cru wines, i.e. after 7 to 12 years. The best wines in the best vintages can be stored for more than 20 years.
