Cultivation & Production
✔️ The grapes are grown in Verona's best vineyards, where local varieties are trained in the traditional Verona pergola system, while the French varieties are shaped using the Guyot system.
✔️ Hand-harvested from mid-September to mid-October, when the grapes achieve optimal ripeness.
✔️ Cold maceration for two days to enhance fruity aromas and intense color.
✔️ Alcoholic fermentation for 7-10 days at a controlled temperature, ensuring a fruit-forward and concentrated wine.
