The 2024 vintage of Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a collaboration between the Chivite winery and star chef Juan Mari Arzak. The result is a refined rosé with a focus on balance, freshness, and finesse.
- A blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo – providing floral notes, juicy berries, and a light spice
- The grapes are hand-picked in the cooler regions of Navarra
- Short skin contact and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature
