Produced from the Italian grape Aglianico, which in Italy - tries to compete with Nebbiolo.

Like its more famous "cousin", Aglianico has high tannic acid and powerful tannins, which when successfully tamed can produce fantastic wines.

As with the production of rosés in general, the skin is only with the must for less than 24 hours, which helps to give the wine its salmon color and at the same time gives flavors of red cherry, blood orange and grapefruit.

Fresh and dry but a little minerality.
