The oldest Mexican spirit, Mezcal, originates from the state of Oaxaca, where the most unique agave plants in the world grow. And it is precisely these plants that are the main ingredient in Zignum Mezcal – specifically the espadin agave.
Zignum Mezcal Añejo is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, which have contributed to its amber-golden color. The bouquet is complex and persistent with woody, smoky notes, which is why it is best enjoyed neat, or perhaps over ice.
