Just south of Wiesbaden, the Rhine flows and divides the wine region into Rheingau and Rheinhessen, with Rheingau located on the northern side of the Rhine (south-facing slopes ideal for Riesling) and Rheinhessen located south of the river. Rheinhessen's north-facing slopes are especially ideal for Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc as well as Pinot Noir. In this case, you get a bit of everything so you can find out whether you prefer the North or the South.

  • 2025 Riesling Feinherb, Rheinhessen, David Spies
  • 2023 Riesling Trocken, Gundesheimer, Rheinhessen, Flick
  • 2023 Roter Riesling, Kabinett Trocken, Rheingau, Weingut Paul Keßler
  • 2023 Steinschleuder Chardonnay/Pinot Blanc Trocken, Rheinhessen, David Spies
  • 2024 Westhofener Morstein Riesling Trocken, Rheinhessen, Flick
