The 2021 The Path Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes sourced from some of California's most renowned wine regions. The wine presents an inviting aroma of ripe strawberries and dried plums, accompanied by subtle hints of clove. After 10 months of aging in French oak barrels, delicate notes of vanilla emerge, harmonizing with the wine's fruity character.
On the palate, it offers a juicy taste with sweet notes of cranberry and cherry, finished by a pleasant ripe fruit flavor and rounded vanilla tannins. This Pinot Noir pairs excellently with dishes featuring light meat or veal and should be served slightly chilled for optimal enjoyment.
