Rhubarb Spritz combines the fresh and fruity Koskenkorva Rhubarb with dry, crisp bubbles from Loina Prosecco DOC Brut.
Koskenkorva Rhubarb is a Finnish liqueur flavored with rhubarb and pomegranate. It has a lovely balance of sweetness, fresh acidity, and plenty of fruit. Together with the dry Prosecco, you get a light, fresh, and thirst-quenching spritz that is also incredibly easy to make.
We have made it easy by gathering the key ingredients for a Rhubarb Spritz into one package. All you need to provide is ice and sparkling water – and you are ready to serve.
Fresh, bubbly, and ready in under a minute
Fill a large wine glass well with ice. Add the Koskenkorva Rhubarb, Prosecco, and finally the sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange or a piece of fresh rhubarb if desired.
