Lokale Rødder are kettle-cooked potato chips prepared in small batches. They collaborate with small, passionate potato farmers and strive to create flavorful potato chips with a bit of edge and character. Mariager Sea Salt is their take on a classic potato chip.
Lokale Rødder was founded in 2015 by two childhood friends from Bornholm, Christian and Magnus – an inventive historian and a skilled chef – when the former challenged the latter to make the world's best potato chips.
