About Iris Vermouth de Muller Rosé
Iris Rosé is produced by De Muller in Reus, Catalonia, where vermouth has a strong and storied tradition. The Iris range is based on a traditional recipe where an extract of around 150 roots and aromatic Mediterranean herbs is blended with selected wines after maceration.
The rosé version has a luminous rosé appearance and an aromatic profile where citrus, flowers, and caramelized nuances play together with a light fruitiness. De Muller describes it as sweet, soft, and silky with a subtle hint of strawberry on the finish.
This makes Iris Rosé a versatile vermouth that can be enjoyed classically over ice or used as a colorful and aromatic ingredient in cocktails.
