About Iris Vermouth de Muller Bianco
Iris Bianco is produced by De Muller, a traditional Spanish winery based in Reus, Catalonia. The vermouth is made from white wine, which is aromatized with a carefully composed blend of herbs, botanicals, and roots. The white version focuses particularly on fresh citrus notes and floral aromas.
The style is semi-sweet and aromatic rather than dry. This makes Iris Bianco very versatile: it can be enjoyed chilled over ice, used as an aperitif, or served as an aromatic component in cocktails.
Iris Blanco has also received international attention. In 2018, it received the Vinari d'Or in the white vermouth category at the Premis Vinari.
About Reus and Catalan vermouth
Reus in the Tarragona province is considered one of Spain's historical centers for vermouth. The city has a strong vermouth tradition, where producers have worked for generations with aromatized wines based on local and Mediterranean-inspired herbs and botanicals.
