Del Professore Barolo Vermouth Superiore from Italy, Piedmont, is a vermouth named after legendary bartender Jerry Thomas. At the beginning of the 20th century, he was called "Professor" by many because of his great passion for cocktails; and that's where the name of the bottle comes from.
Del Professore Barolo Vermouth Superiore is made with 13 different spices, including wormwood, vanilla, cocoa, rhubarb etc. Nebbiolo grapes from Barolo DOCG have been added to that. A beautiful and fantastic intensity.
