About Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by sommelier Jacob Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen. The idea was to combine Nordic gastronomic innovation with the Asian tradition of tea to create an entirely new category of sparkling drinks.
