2024 Encina del Inglés Tinto is made from carefully selected local red grapes from La Melonera in the Sierras de Málaga. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks to preserve freshness, fruit, and aromatic complexity. Short barrel aging is used only for light structure without overpowering the natural character of the grapes.
