Sparkling Gin & Tonic is a sparkling cocktail produced using the traditional method. The tonic is made from cinchona bark, lemongrass, and spices, and the gin is distilled with plenty of herbs and juniper berries. The tonic is fermented in the bottle until it reaches a pressure of 6 bar and the fine bubbles have formed. The yeast is removed from the bottles, and we add gin and sugar in the dosage.
Sparkling Gin & Tonic is served over ice with herbs and citrus fruit.
