Condesa Leganza Verdejo is made from 100% Verdejo, Spain's most well-known white grape variety. The wine is crafted with a focus on freshness, aromatic intensity, and balance, making it a classic representative of modern Spanish white wine.
The grapes are harvested in the cool morning hours to preserve freshness and aroma. After gentle pressing, the wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it develops its pure fruit profile and characteristic crispness.
The wine comes from Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, where the many hours of sunshine and significant temperature differences between day and night provide grapes with excellent maturity and fresh acidity.
The dry climate reduces the need for intervention in the vineyard and ensures healthy grapes with high concentration.
The soil consists primarily of limestone and clay, which contributes minerality, structure, and balance to the finished wine.
A fresh and inviting Verdejo with plenty of fruit and an elegant finish.
