Pinot Noir is the only red grape grown in Alsace. It is used to produce red and rosé wines. Delicious aroma of dark fruits such as blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, with a juicy taste of wild berries. Perfectly balanced with soft tannins, structure, harmony, and length. Pairs well with game birds and venison.
Oak-aged.
