Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé – often referred to as “Ace of Spades Rosé” – is one of the house’s prestige cuvées. This Champagne is produced as a multi-vintage blend, composed of 55% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier.
A key aspect of the vinification is the addition of 18% still red wine to the final blend. The Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from old vines, contributing concentration, depth, and the characteristic red fruit that defines the cuvée. The Champagne has an alcohol content of 12.5% and a dosage of 8.5 g/l.
The result is a Rosé Champagne that offers both freshness and body – a style that makes it as suitable as an aperitif as it is paired with gastronomic dishes.
