Njord's organic, classic dry gin 'Cone and Core' is primarily packed with flavor from pine needles, pine cones, and juniper berries (the juniper berry is a cone). Together with apple pulp and pomace, these elements create an intense gin that balances a coniferous body and a fresh, fruity finish.

'Cone and Core' combines the quest for intense flavor with the ambition of sustainable production. Specifically, a large amount of surplus pine from a Danish Christmas tree plantation is distilled, along with aromatic apple pulp and pomace from a Danish cider mill.

Enjoy Njord Distilled Cone and Core and create intense G&T's and cocktails that embrace and celebrate the classic gin experience.
