The Macallan Harmony Collection: “Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea” is the fifth release in the coveted Harmony Collection — an annual series that explores uncharted taste dimensions through artistic collaborations and sustainable packaging every time.

Taste Composition & Cask Maturation:

• This single malt was created in collaboration with JING, known for their exclusive Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, a complex oolong with aromas of dessert wine and exotic fruits.

• It is primarily matured in sherry-seasoned American oak, which adds rich fruitiness and floral notes — complemented by European sherry casks for toasted depth and light tannin, as well as a subdued sweetness from ex-bourbon casks.

Aroma (Nose):

• Seductive aromas of ripe peach and apricot, floral honey, orange blossom, and a light oolong aroma.

Taste:

• A deep, honey-glazed taste experience with stone fruit, gentle spicy warmth, sherry-led rich undertones, and creamy vanilla from the bourbon casks.

Finish:

• Silky and medium-long, with tea tannins, warm oak, and a lingering sweet honey resonance.
