Opthimus 21 years is very well balanced and elegant with a very aromatic scent and exciting explosion of flavours.
In the glass it has a beautiful, dark appearance with a reddish tone. Optimus 21 years has an elegant scent of vanilla, rose petals, rosehip flowers, light coconut.
On the palate, Optimus hides 21 years of flavors of rosehip jam, sour sweetness, full, warm. The aftertaste is mild and fine with traces of rose hip, coconut and cherry.
Optimus 21 years won gold in the "Aged Rum 18-25 Years" category at the Miami Rum Festival 2015.
