Marolo Grappa di Nebbiolo is a grappa made from the Nebbiolo grape. The grapes come from the Barbaresco, Roero, and Barolo regions, and after distillation, the grappa rests both in stainless steel tanks and for approximately 6 months in oak barrels, which gives it its golden hue and light notes of warm spices. It is bottled at 44% alcohol.
Color: Clear with a light, golden hue.
Nose: Delicious scent of vanilla and dark fruit.
Tasting notes: The taste is full-bodied, round, and with a hint of pepper in the finish.
