The unique combination of salmiak and liquorice creates a flavour experience that is both tangy and distinct. The intense and sharp taste of salmiak is balanced by the sweetness of the liquorice root. This creates a complex and memorable flavour experience.
All our liquorice is slow-cooked, which gives the liquorice the perfect combination of softness and chewiness.
