Our two iconic chocolate butterflies, Pure Amande and Amber, gathered in a beautiful gift box. This is quite simply a small piece of Summerbird’s history. Pure Amande is pure marzipan, made from stone-ground Mediterranean almonds and coated in a thick layer of intense dark Amazonas 61% chocolate. The Amber butterfly is our award-winning Amber Classic chocolate, filled with a refined caramel ganache, flavored with hazelnut and vanilla.
