Aalborg Nordguld Aquavit is a luxury aquavit with its own history. When you raise the glass and enjoy the golden drops, the taste has been 50-100 million years in the making. Each and every bottle contains a distillate of real amber. Amber's oils give fullness and support the delicate interplay between cumin, fennel and dill. A light undertone of resin, pine and citrus also helps to emphasize the taste. Finally, Aalborg Nordguld Aquavit is aged in Spanish sherry casks, which gives a soft and harmonious rounding.
Serving suggestion: Aalborg Nordguld Aquavit is a pleasure with most not too strong dishes. Christiansø herring, roast beef or smoked dishes such as smoked animal club gets a special zest with Aalborg Nordguld Aquavit.
