History and Winery
Moët & Chandon is one of the world's most famous champagne houses, founded in 1743 in Épernay. The house is behind some of the Champagne region's most international and sought-after cuvées. Impérial Rosé Brut represents the house's signature style in rosé form: lively, fruity, and elegant, created by combining the three classic champagne grapes in perfect balance.
Grapes and Vinification
- Blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay
- Base wines from selected plots as well as a portion of reserve wines for depth
- The color is created via red wine additions and short maceration of Pinot Noir
- Second fermentation in the bottle according to Méthode Traditionnelle
- Aging on lees for finesse and a creamy texture
