Rose Marie is a sweet sparkling apple wine with a low alcohol content. Rose Marie is made from early-harvested Danish Ingrid Marie apples blended with summer berries. In the Nordic climate, the Ingrid Marie apple and summer berries have optimal conditions. The temperature differences between the cool nights and long, bright days give the fruits and berries a long ripening period, which develops fantastic aromas and a completely unique acidity profile.
Rose Marie should be served chilled and is recommended as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese, and tart desserts.
