You can clearly feel Egon Müller's touch in the riesling from Château Bela. The golden wine offers an endearing filigree bouquet of white peach, spices, flowers, citrus and minerals. The taste is quiveringly intense, yet relaxed and semi-dry with a wonderfully nice acidity between fruit and freshness. The aftertaste is delicious and soft. An extraordinary wine for an aperitif, sushi or, for example, strong dishes from Asian cuisine
