LYSEGRØN 0% was created as the fresh and citrus-forward variant in Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company's non-alcoholic series. While LYSERØD has a drier and fruitier profile, and BLÅ is more floral, LYSEGRØN offers a classic fresh style with citrus, green tea, and crisp apple notes.
The base consists of, among other things, green tea, Sencha, white tea, and herbal tea. About Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by sommelier Jacob Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen. The idea behind Sparkling Tea arose earlier when Jacob Kocemba worked with tea as a gastronomic companion to food.
The concept combines Nordic innovation with Asian tea culture. By working with different types of organic tea, it is possible to create aroma, freshness, tannin, bitterness, and complexity – qualities that make Sparkling Tea interesting both as an aperitif and as a companion to a meal.
The individual variants each have their own character, and LYSEGRØN is the series' fresh and citrus-forward non-alcoholic expression.
