BONE-DRY, YET CRISP AND FRESH CHAMPAGNE!

This extra-dry champagne from Pol Roger is an exercise in creating the house Cuvée in the most natural way, as no dosage (sweetness) is added before the champagne cork is inserted (disgorgement). Therefore, this champagne consists solely of residual sugar from the first fermentation (under 3g/l). Hence the name Pure.

Unlike Brut and Demi-Sec, which are aged for 36 months before release, Pure is aged for a minimum of 48 months.

The champagne is produced from the base grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, which are, incidentally, equally distributed among the three grapes.

Golden in color, fresh, crisp, light, and elegant, with a subtle, refreshing minerality on the palate.
