Ropiteau Frères is located in Meursault, which is the area where some of the world's largest white wines are produced. For more than 25 years, we have represented Ropiteau Frères in Denmark, and many of our customers still have the wines from Ropiteau Frères as their favourites. The reason for Ropiteau Frères' great success is that they are faithful to tradition. With respect for the microclimate (terroir), red wines are produced with finesse and elegance and white wines with great concentration and mineral undertones. There is also reason to highlight Ropiteau Frères Beaujolais wines, which are of a very high class.
Dense, dark, medium strong and spicy, with good dense fruit flavor of dark berries, with a little spice and a little green herbs. Suitable for medium strong dishes of e.g. veal or lamb, BBQ chicken or similar.
If you don't already know this wine, it is definitely worth a recommendation!
