The land and vineyard are kept sustainably without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Artificial irrigation rarely happens, as the roots of the vines penetrate so deeply into the chalky soil.
Production is kept at just 3000-4000 cases per year, divided into seven different cuvées:
Broken Stones, James Berry Vineyard, Bone Rock, Booker Vineyards, Paderewski Vineyard, Heart Stone Vineyard and Terry Hoage Vineyard.
