“Boschi dei Signori” represents Bosio’s traditional and noble expression of the Barbera grape from the Asti region
- 100% Barbera – known for freshness, juiciness, and fine acidity
- Hand-harvested from vineyard areas like Santo Stefano Belbo and Castagnole Lanze (200–300 m altitude)
- Fermented in steel tanks with 6–8 days of skin contact and short maturation in French barrels/concrete to preserve pure fruit and structure
