Not only are we now entering darker and colder times, accidents and miseries seem to have no end: War in Europe, rising energy prices, inflation like 30 years ago, rising interest rates, falling shares and house prices and now also a parliamentary election above :-) :-)

You need something to strengthen and warm yourself up.
