Culture de la vigne:
Thinning out of leaves and green harvesting. Manual harvesting into small crates with hand selection.
De-stemming. The grappes are chilled and vinified in concrete vats during three weeks. Pumping over of the must is done with nitrogen and with air. Only free-run wine is kept.
Aged during 12 months in small oak casks.
On the estate with bottles lais down only after the corks have expanded
Wine with a deep red colour. Distinctive nose, powerful mouth, full-bodied with silky tannins and underlying animal notes.
