The recipe for this classic Danish gin was prepared in a small Østerbro apartment on Marstalsgade No. 31 in Copenhagen, where the distiller found the perfect one after countless recipes. Marstal No. 31, which is a hand-distilled London Dry Gin, is produced in beautiful surroundings in North Jutland, on a copper kettle from the Müller Brennereianlagen in Germany. 7 Botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice root, sweet orange peel, cardamom and cinnamon are carefully selected to create a spicy gin with a pleasant sweetness that creates a perfect balance of flavors. The water used in the production comes from the distillery's own borehole, located 30 meters below the surface of the earth, and contributes in particular to the unique taste.
